Returns & Exchanges

- All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The items must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Items must not have been washed, and must not contain any stains, or perfume scents.
- Customers must email us at email@example.com within 30 days to advise us of your intention to return. Please include reason for returning, and original purchase details - including order number and date of purchase. We will then provide return instructions.
- Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving your item, if deemed acceptable for return.
- All refunds will be made to the original card of purchase.
- Return shipping will be at the customers expense for any exchanges and change of mind purchasing.
For any damaged or faulty goods, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase, and we will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please be aware that our head office is located in Australia, and our operational hours are between 0900 and 1700 AEST.
